Billie Eilish & Rosalía Drop Video For 'Euphoria' Duet 'Lo Vas A Olvidar'

Billie Eilish & Rosalía sound so incredible together on their first duet.

The 19-year-old pop star and the 27-year-old Spanish singer-songwriter have released their highly anticipated track, a bilingual record titled “Lo Vas A Olvidar.” The ballad, which translates to “You Will Forget It” in English, appears on the upcoming soundtrack of the Emmy-winning HBO drama, Euphoria. The song will feature in “Jules,” a Euphoria special shot during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Over a moody, droning beat, Eilish and Rosalía sing haunting verses in Spanish. “Dime que no te arrepientes aún/ Dime si aún queda algo en común/ El tiempo que se pierde no vuelve/ Dame un beso y bájame de la cru,’” the songbirds harmonize together before leading into the pining chorus, “¿Lo va' a olvidar? Can you let it go? Can you let it go?”

Word of “Lo Vas A Olvidar” first came via a 2019 Rolling Stone interview, with Rosalía confirming in April 2020 that the song was “almost done.”

Speaking of the creative decision to perform the FINNEAS-produced track in Spanish, Eilish said in an interview, “I actually think it’s so beautiful and it’s not something I feel like I’ve done.”

“[Rosalía] just opened a little channel in me that I hadn’t tried out before,” she added. “Obviously, a lot of it is in Spanish, which I think is so important. I remember when we were writing the song, [Rosalía] said something about like 'it should be in English' and I was like 'no, no no, it should be in Spanish, it’s so beautiful.'”
